5/15/2010 This is a great day to play with carefree abandon and have some childlike fun. If that seems silly to you, find a kid and watch him/her play without thinking about anything else.

Maybe part of you can get to that memory of new adventure, or create it for yourself if it was not part of your experience.

If you love to bicycle, jump on a motorbike or run, do that. If you respond to something playfully but feel your adult self suppress it, reconsider why.
